Work Schedule — Variable / Modified Per Day
(Μεταβαλλόμενο / Τροποποιούμενο ανά Ημέρα)
Used for dependent-employment relationships whose schedule cannot be
expressed as a Fixed Weekly pattern — e.g. shift work — and also to declare
ad-hoc changes (a different day, an exceptional modification) for a
specific period. Submission code: WTODaily.
Key rule: last submission wins
For each calendar date, the most recently submitted declaration for that date is the one that applies. It is mandatory to record whether the employee is working or not for every date in the declared range.
Form structure
Basic declaration fields
- Εργοδότης (Employer)
- Παράρτημα (Branch)
- Ημερομηνία Υποβολής / Αρ. Πρωτ.
- Ημερομηνίες Εφαρμογής Ωραρίου: Από (required) / Έως (required)
Per-employee fields
- Προσωπικά Στοιχεία: ΑΦΜ, Επώνυμο, Όνομα
- Ημερομηνία and Day Occupancy Analysis (per date)
The Day Occupancy Analysis options are the same as for Fixed Weekly: Εργασία, Τηλεργασία, Ανάπαυση/Ρεπό, Μη Εργασία — see Fixed Weekly Schedule for the rules (multiple entries per day allowed; rest/non-working cannot combine with work/telework).
Pre-fill helper (web form)
The web form lets you pre-select:
- specific weekdays (ΔΕΥ, ΤΡΙ, ΤΕΤ, ΠΕΜ, ΠΑΡ, ΣΑΒ, ΚΥΡ), and
- a specific occupancy type (Εργασία / Τηλεργασία / Ανάπαυση-Ρεπό / Μη Εργασία)
...to auto-generate entries for all matching dates within the declared date range, which you can then adjust per day.
Bulk entry via XLSX
Same mechanism as Fixed Weekly — attach an XLSX file
(EXCEL_PROTOTYPE_DAILY_PROGRAM.xlsx) covering one or more employees.
Uploading a file deletes existing entries within the scope of the declaration. See the FAQ.
