Transition Procedures (Διαδικασίες Μετάβασης στις Νέες Διαδικασίες)

When ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ ΙΙ went live on 16/02/2026, employees' current personnel status (τρέχουσα κατάσταση προσωπικού) was carried over from the previous system. In some cases that carried-over status no longer reflects reality — e.g. an employee shown as still employed who has actually left, been transferred, or whose secondment has ended. Employers must correct these cases using specific declarations, within set deadlines.

These obligations stem from the transitional provisions (άρθρο δεύτερο) of Υπουργική Απόφαση 32689/12-12-2025 (Β' 6745).

Deadline: 16/04/2026

All three categories of transitional obligations below must be fulfilled within two months of ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ ΙΙ going live — i.e. by 16/04/2026.

1. Ending relationships that are no longer active

If an employee still appears in a business's current personnel status, but the employment relationship has actually already ended for one of the following reasons, the employer must submit the corresponding End of Employment declaration:

For the Μεταβίβαση case, the original employer fills in ΗΜΕΡΟΜΗΝΙΑ ΜΕΤΑΒΙΒΑΣΗΣ (the start date of the relationship with the new employer) and the new employer's Α.Φ.Μ. and ΕΠΩΝΥΜΙΑ.

For the Λήξη Δανεισμού/Τοποθέτησης case, the receiving employer fills in ΤΥΠΟΣ ΔΑΝΕΙΣΜΟΥ (Γνήσιος Δανεισμός or ΕΠΑ), ΗΜΕΡΟΜΗΝΙΑ ΕΝΑΡΞΗΣ / ΗΜΕΡΟΜΗΝΙΑ ΛΗΞΗΣ of the secondment/placement, and the Α.Φ.Μ. / ΕΠΩΝΥΜΙΑ of the original/direct employer.

2. Declaring relationships that are still active

If, at go-live, an employee has an active genuine secondment (γνήσιος δανεισμός) or temporary-employment (ΕΠΑ) placement, the receiving employer (έμμεσος εργοδότης) must submit:

Start of Employment — Δανεισμός από Επιχείρηση / Τοποθέτηση από ΕΠΑ

filling in ΤΥΠΟΣ ΔΑΝΕΙΣΜΟΥ, ΗΜΕΡΟΜΗΝΙΑ ΕΝΑΡΞΗΣ / ΗΜΕΡΟΜΗΝΙΑ ΛΗΞΗΣ, and the original/direct employer's Α.Φ.Μ. / ΕΠΩΝΥΜΙΑ — to correctly record the relationship going forward.

3. Declaring active working-time arrangements (Διευθέτηση)

If, at go-live, an employee is covered by an active individual or collective working-time arrangement agreement (συμφωνία διευθέτησης του χρόνου εργασίας) under άρθρο 202 of the Εργατικός Κώδικας (Π.Δ. 62/2025), the employer must submit:

selecting «Διευθέτηση του χρόνου εργασίας» from ΤΥΠΟΙ ΜΕΤΑΒΟΛΩΝ and filling in:

All ΔΙΕΥΘΕΤΗΣΗ fields are mandatory when ΔΙΕΥΘΕΤΗΣΗ is Ναι.

Other changes during the transition

The same Employment Relationship Change declaration is also used (not limited to the transition period) for:

  • Change of work location (ΤΟΠΟΣ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ) — select «Παράρτημα Εργοδότη» if the new location matches one of the employer's registered branches (and note the change, e.g. "Μεταβολή από Παράρτημα 1 σε Παράρτημα 2", in ΠΑΡΑΤΗΡΗΣΕΙΣ), or «Άλλο» with a free-text description if it doesn't.
  • Change of specialty (ΕΙΔΙΚΟΤΗΤΑ) — fill in ΗΜΕΡΟΜΗΝΙΑ ΜΕΤΑΒΟΛΗΣ with the effective date, and update ΕΙΔΙΚΟΤΗΤΑ (and optionally ΕΙΔΙΚΟΤΗΤΑ (αναλυτικά)) with the new specialty — submitted at the latest before the change takes effect.
  • Any other change not covered by a specific ΤΥΠΟΣ ΜΕΤΑΒΟΛΗΣ (e.g. correcting ΕΠΙΚΟΥΡΙΚΗ ΑΣΦΑΛΙΣΗ) — select «Άλλο» and edit the pre-filled field accordingly.
