6th-Day Employment Declaration (Δήλωση Απασχόλησης την 6η Ημέρα)

Declares that an employee will work on what would normally be a 6th working day (e.g. Saturday, for a business on a 5-day week), for businesses whose ΚΑΔ (activity code) entitles them to this arrangement.

Key rules

  • Submitted only on time (εμπρόθεσμα) — late submissions are not accepted for this declaration type.
  • The declaration includes a Υπεύθυνη Δήλωση (self-declaration/affidavit) statement that the branch's activity (βάσει ΚΑΔ) is eligible for 6th-day employment — see Reference: Eligible Activity Codes for the related Work Card ΚΑΔ list (the 6th-day eligibility list is separate; check the latest ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ announcements for the current ΚΑΔ table).

Processing and status (Κατάσταση Υπαγωγής)

After submission, ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ runs eligibility checks (asynchronously) and assigns one of the following statuses:

Προς ΕξέτασηPending review — checks not yet completed.
Υπάγεται (Εντάσσεται)Eligible — the declaration is accepted.
Δεν Υπάγεται (Δεν Εντάσσεται)Not eligible — rejected, with a stated reason (αιτιολογία).
  • If the eligibility checks have not yet completed by submission time, the status starts as Δεν Υπάγεται with a corresponding reason, and is re-evaluated — once the prerequisite checks pass, the status becomes Υπάγεται.
  • These checks and statuses apply to all 6th-day declarations.
