Work Schedule — Fixed Weekly (Σταθερό Εβδομαδιαίο)

Used for all dependent-employment relationships with a weekly schedule that stays constant. Submission code: WTOWeek.

When to use it

Use Fixed Weekly when an employee's Monday–Sunday pattern doesn't change from week to week. If it does change (shift work, rotating patterns, ad-hoc modifications), use Variable / Modified Per-Day instead.

Effective date range

• Ημερομηνία Εφαρμογής Ωραρίου Από (required) — start date.
• Ημερομηνία Εφαρμογής Ωραρίου Έως (optional) — end date.
  • If omitted, the schedule is considered to apply indefinitely ("στο διηνεκές") and automatically continues to be shown in the Current Status calendar for the following month, until a new declaration supersedes it.

Basic declaration fields

• Εργοδότης (Employer)
• Παράρτημα (Branch)
• Ημερομηνία Υποβολής / Αρ. Πρωτ.
• Ημερομηνίες Εφαρμογής Ωραρίου: Από (required) / Έως (optional)

Per-employee fields

• Προσωπικά Στοιχεία: ΑΦΜ, Επώνυμο, Όνομα
• Ημέρα Εβδομάδας (Δευτέρα – Κυριακή) and the Day Occupancy Analysis for that day

Day Occupancy Analysis (Ανάλυση Απασχόλησης Ημέρας)

For each day of the week, four entry types are available:

Type	Description
Εργασία (Work)	with start/end time (ώρα από / έως)
Τηλεργασία (Telework)	with start/end time (ώρα από / έως)
Ανάπαυση / Ρεπό (Rest day)	—
Μη Εργασία (Not working)	used for part-time or rotational employment

Rules

• All seven days of the week must have an entry.
• Multiple entries per day are allowed — useful for split shifts (e.g. morning + evening blocks) or a mix of Work + Telework on the same day.
• Ανάπαυση/Ρεπό and Μη Εργασία cannot be combined with Εργασία or Τηλεργασία entries on the same day — a day is either a work day (with one or more work/telework intervals) or a rest/non-working day, not both.

Bulk entry via XLSX

You can submit Fixed Weekly schedules for one or more employees by attaching an XLSX file (EXCEL_PROTOTYPE_WEEKLY.xlsx, see Reference: Environments & Companion Files). Note: uploading a file deletes existing records for the declaration — see the relevant FAQ entry.
