Declaration of Change of Employment Relationship Elements
(Δήλωση Μεταβολής Στοιχείων Εργασιακής Σχέσης)
This is the prerequisite (Step 1) declaration that must be submitted for every employee before any Digital Work Time Organization schedule declaration. It is available from:

Behavior notes
- Repeatable / corrections: you can re-submit by supplying the original submission's protocol number and submission date — this revokes the original declaration and only the new declaration's content applies. You can also withdraw (ανάκληση) a declaration entirely.
- Multiple submissions per branch are allowed — a company is not required to declare its entire workforce in one submission. You can submit one declaration per branch covering everyone, or several incremental declarations per branch.
- The declaration must not show duplicate entries for the same employee within a single submission, but multiple submissions covering the same employee over time are fine (the latest one for a given effective date wins).
Relationship to the E3 hiring form
For employees hired from 01/11/2022, these same work-time attributes are
collected directly as part of the E3 Ενιαίο Έντυπο Αναγγελίας Πρόσληψης
— see E3 Hiring Form. A separate
WKChgWK declaration is not needed for brand-new hires if the E3 already
carries this information.
