E3 — Unified Hiring Declaration Form (Ε3 Ενιαίο Έντυπο Αναγγελίας Πρόσληψης)
For hires from 01/11/2022, the E3 hiring declaration has been extended
with new mandatory fields related to Work Time Organization. Submission

First-day-of-employment specifics
For the first day of employment, the mandatory E3 fields are Ώρα Έναρξης and Ώρα Αποχώρησης (start and departure time) — you do not need to attach a separate schedule file, and the fields ΩΡΕΣ ΕΝΑΡΞΗΣ & ΛΗΞΗΣ - ΗΜΕΡΕΣ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ / ΩΡΕΣ ΔΙΑΛΕΙΜΜΑΤΟΣ – ΔΙΑΚΟΠΗ are not filled in.
For subsequent days, a Digital Work Time Organization schedule declaration must be submitted before those days begin — either Fixed Weekly (if hours/days are stable) or Variable/Modified Per-Day (if not).
