The result of composing and processing all schedule, leave, and overtime declarations is the effective planned schedule per date and per employee — available per employee, branch, or employer via:

Search criteria​

You can search/filter using any combination of:

  • Εργοδότης – Παράρτημα (Employer – Branch)
  • ΑΦΜ εργαζόμενου (Employee Tax ID)
  • Επώνυμο εργαζόμενου (Employee surname)
  • Όνομα εργαζόμενου (Employee first name)
  • Ημερομηνία Από / Ημερομηνία Έως (Date range)

Resolution rules​

  • A schedule declaration is in effect only within the date range defined by Ημερομηνία Εφαρμογής Ωραρίου Από and Ημερομηνία Εφαρμογής Ωραρίου Έως (if provided).
  • If multiple declarations overlap for the same date/period, the most recently submitted declaration wins for each date.
  • For Fixed Weekly with an open-ended range (no "Έως" date), the schedule for months beyond the next one is automatically derived from the last effective schedule.
  • For leave declarations on a specific date:
    • Hourly leave (Ωροάδεια): works as a supplement to the scheduled hours for that day.
    • Full-day leave: overrides the scheduled hours for that day.

Visibility for employees​

This calendar is also available to the employee via:
