Submission Methods (Τρόποι Υποβολής)
The new Work Time Organization system in ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ supports the following declaration procedures:
- New Declaration of Change of Employment Relationship Elements (for Work Time Organization)
- New Digital Work Time Organization declarations
- Work Schedule — Fixed Weekly
- Work Schedule — Variable / Modified Per Day
- Leaves
- The existing E8: Declaration of Lawful Overtime Work procedure
For all of the above, the following submission channels are supported:

| Web form | Submit via form in ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ (menu ΕΝΤΥΠΑ ΣΕΠΕ). |
| XML file upload | Upload an XML file (validated against the corresponding XSD) via ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ. |
| Web API (REST) | Automated submission via the new REST API for employers — see API Reference. |
Bulk upload via XLSX
In addition to the web form and per-record XML, several declaration types support bulk entry via an attached XLSX file (Microsoft Excel Worksheet) for one or more employees:
- Fixed Weekly schedule
- Variable / Modified Per-Day schedule
- Leaves
File uploads overwrite existing records
Uploading an XLSX/XML file deletes existing records for the scope of that declaration (the specific date range / employee set being submitted) — it does not merge or append. See the FAQ for details.
